CMSS-PPR: A Post-Quantum Multivariate Signature Scheme

A new post-quantum signature scheme built on Non-Affine Ring-Permutation Layers (NARPL) that raise the system's regularity degree — shutting down MinRank and Gröbner-basis attacks. Its security reduces to MQ hardness, coming out algebraically stronger than Rainbow, UOV and HFE.

CMSS-PPR is implemented end-to-end in Python — key generation, signing and verification — and is operational across all five NIST security levels. Integrated into a Node.js/Express REST auth layer, it achieves ~30% lower handshake latency versus conventional TLS under load.
